About the function

As an internal employee, you know how to keep a good overview of the various activities. You work together with the office manager to process the bookkeeping, place orders with suppliers, organize transport of goods and draw up quotations. In doing so, you have regular contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Main tasks within the position:

  • Your duties include:
  • Organizing and coordinating transport of equipment to customers
  • Processing customer orders - Processing purchase orders to suppliers and monitoring this
  • Drawing up quotations
  • Processing financial administration
  • Support with marketing related activities

Your profile:

  • You are commercial, communicative, customer-oriented, proactive, results-oriented and you show initiative.
  • You have an affinity with technology, technical knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting
  • You have at least an MBO+ work and thinking level
  • You have experience with administrative packages
  • You are a jack of all trades and know how to keep a good overview
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
