Vismec individual transport systems
For the raw material supply of a single machine up to a maximum of 4 machines, a small transport system can be chosen. This can be by means of a Venturi system, a 1-phase hopper loader or by means of receivers (loaders) in combination with a small vacuum pump.

Vismec Venturi suction system
The venturi suction system is very light and compact. By means of venturi compressed air is converted into suction power. A level sensor automatically activates the unit when raw material is needed. The Venturi units are supplied as standard with a hose, suction pipe and a special cyclone filter on top of the unit. This cyclone filter ensures that only clean air is blown back to the environment and the dust is collected.
Vismec 1-phase hopper loaders
1-phase hopper loaders work with their own motor that creates the vacuum to transport the raw materials. The well-thought-out 1-phase hopper loaders from Vismec distinguish themselves in several ways.

Vismec Solo centrifugal pump
By means of a separate centrifugal pump with receiver (loader) a vacuum transport is realized. A filter unit can be chosen at the pump or to execute the receiver with a filter so that the dust does or does not remain in the granulate. In this setup 1 receiver (loader) can be connected to the pump.
Vismec Quad centrifugal pump
By means of a separate centrifugal pump with receiver (loader) a vacuum transport is realized. A filter unit can be chosen at the pump or to execute the receiver with a filter so that the dust does or does not remain in the granulate. In this setup up to 4 receivers (loaders) can be connected to the pump.
