Vismec central transport systems
A central transport system consists of various components such as a vacuum pump, coupling station, piping, receivers (loaders), communication server, etc.
The type of pump and receivers (loaders) depends on the capacity and the distances that need to be bridged. We perform a calculation to determine the right pump, piping, receiver (loader) and coupling station. It is very important that the raw material is transported at the right speed to prevent dust and angel hair.
By means of a Modbus protocol all receivers (loaders), pump, coupling station and additional equipment communicate with each other. The server ensures that the pump delivers suction power at the right time and that the right receiver (loader) receives material at the right time.
