Halo weighing ring

The HALO is an advanced weighing device that is installed under a loader to weigh and monitor material in real time. It provides precise control over raw material costs in plastics production. With features such as real-time measurement, automatic adjustment of drying parameters, and prevention of excessive material feed, the HALO enables operators to optimize production processes.

Unique is the weight-based control of the transport system, which eliminates the need for adjustments to material, distance and weight. Changeover valve

The Vismec diverter valve is designed to easily add a percentage of re-grind to the process. The diverter valve is made of stainless steel and has a transparent inspection door. It has special high-quality seals to prevent vacuum loss.

Mixers

The Vismec mixers are easy to integrate with any machine and can ensure optimum mixing of materials in various ways. There are 3 programs to choose from: continuous mixing, with a timer or via an external signal. The inspection door with glass ensures visibility and easy access. The control with LED display is clear and shows the status.

Oil trap

The Vismec Oiltrap is a unique product that has been developed to filter oils from the drying process, so that damage to the dryer is prevented and a consistent production process is created. The Oiltrap does this by filtering the evaporated air that comes from the drying process and which contains both moisture and oil and collecting the oil. This is done by means of a cyclone filter that must be cooled with cooling water.

Dew point meter

With the help of a dew point meter, it can be inspected how well a dryer functions. The dew point meter measures the dryness of the air and can log data for a long time. The Vismec dew point meter is portable and equipped with a clear operation. The data can also be easily transferred to a computer.

Maintenance Shoppers

In most cases, a hopper is required to mount a receiver (loader) on a machine. This is available in many different versions. All hoppers are made of stainless steel and certain versions have a tiltable lid that can be blocked.

Emptying valve

To prevent the dried material from remaining in the transport line and cooling down again and absorbing moisture, a vacuum suction valve with a sealing plug is used. An additional advantage is that the vacuum pump is less loaded when transporting the granulate. The Vismec vacuum suction valves are designed in such a way that there is no room for granulate to remain behind. The granulate plug has a special high-quality seal to prevent material blockage.

Dryfeed

By means of the Dryfeed, dry air is blown into the suction box and emptying valve of the raw material transport system. The Dryfeed is started and stopped by the vacuum pump. As a result, the granulate does not come into contact with the moist ambient air and it will not be able to absorb moisture during transport. In addition, the drying and raw material transport process is not disturbed. This creates a more reliable and stable process. The Dryfeed can also be installed on any other system.
