Material containers
Material containers are used for the temporary storage of raw materials in a factory. These can be mobile containers, fixed containers or stackable containers.
Containers can also be used to cut open bags of raw materials and store them. From there it can be transported to the desired location. Many dimensions and options are possible with the different containers.
We distinguish between the following containers:
- Mobile stainless steel / aluminum containers
- Fixed stainless steel / aluminum containers (also stackable version)
- Mixing containers
- Bins
- Specials
Mobile stainless steel / aluminum containers
These containers are used to unload raw materials and place them near a production process. The smallest mobile container has a capacity of 60 litres and this increases to 500 litres. There are also raised versions available to be able to easily empty the container again. Below is an overview of frequently used options:
- Low/high version
- Fixed lids
- Flip-open lids
- Opening for suction pipes
- Grid (for opening bags)
- Connections for Receivers or Hopper Loaders
- Clip for material card
- Suction box
Bins
Kliko's are plastic containers that are used as a cheap alternative to temporarily store raw materials. These kliko's can also be equipped with a suction tube holder.
Fixed stainless steel / aluminum containers
The fixed stainless steel / aluminum containers are larger in size and are used to unload and temporarily store raw materials. These fixed containers start with a capacity of 300 liters and go up to 4,800 liters which can be moved with a forklift. In addition, a stackable version is also available. These containers can also be equipped with various options such as a hopper loader connection, grid, suction boxes and the like.
Mixing containers
Mixing containers are containers with an integrated screw to mix and homogenize different raw materials. These mixing containers can be set to different speeds depending on the situation in order to mix the raw materials as optimally as possible.
Specials
In some situations a special design of a container is required. We can make a special design for this according to the wishes of the customer.
