Crizaf separators
Separators are used to separate sprues from injection molded products. There are various techniques and machines for this, depending entirely on the size and design of the sprue and the product.
The Crizaf separators are distinguished by their compact design to integrate them into the process. In addition, the separators can be adjusted well where a good separation takes place.
We distinguish:

Crizaf separators
The freestanding separators can be integrated as a separate unit with any conveyor belt or machine. We distinguish the following separators:
- Drum roller separator
- Drum hole separator
- Roller separator
- Spiral separator
Drum roller separator
By using a rotating drum with adjustable rollers, products and/or injection branches of different sizes can be separated. The rollers are easily adjustable to the desired passage size.
Drum hole separator
This rotating drum separator consists of a steel drum with holes for an optimal separation process.
Roller separator
This separation system consists of 2 or 4 large rollers which can separate products and injection branches by turning. The system can be adjusted very finely to a few millimeters.
Spiral separator
This system consists of a large roller with a spiral that allows injection branches and products to be separated from each other.
Integrated separators in conveyor belts
These separators are very compact and are integrated into the conveyor belt.
